SI Private Capital Completes Acquisition of Award-Winning Ice Cream Manufacturer, Yoder’s Southern Creamery
SI Private Capital (“SIPC”), is pleased to announce its acquisition of Yoder’s Southern Creamery (“YSC”) along with its capital investment to support future growth and recapitalization. The transaction was completed in partnership with Bill Yoder, who will retain an ownership stake and continue to serve as President of YSC. Brian Richardson will remain CEO, ensuring continuity in leadership as the Companies enter this exciting new chapter.
Founded in 2019 Yoder’s Southern Creamery is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, and is a manufacturer and wholesaler of small batch premium ice cream. Their award-winning ice cream includes over 70 flavors and is served in leading restaurants, markets, institutions and ice cream shops across Florida.
