SI Private Capital (“SIPC”), is pleased to announce its acquisition of Sutter’s Quality Foods (“SQF”) along with its capital investment to support future growth and recapitalization.  The transaction was completed in partnership with Bill Yoder, who will retain an ownership stake. Brian Richardson will remain CEO, ensuring continuity in leadership as the Companies enter this exciting new chapter.

Founded in 1998 as Yoders Eggs, Inc., Sutter’s Quality Foods is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, and is a wholesaler and distributor offering high quality local dairy items, orange juice, eggs, locally made Yoder’s Southern Creamery premium ice cream, award winning cheeses and more, to quality restaurants, markets, institutions, and ice cream shops across Florida.

SI Private Capital Completes Equity Investment for Acquisition of Commercial Lighting and Shading Solutions Provider, Valley Lighting

SI Private Capital Management, LLC (“SI Private Capital”), is pleased to announce its equity investment for the acquisition of Valley Lighting, LLC (“Valley” or the “Company”), headquartered in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

Valley is a full-service provider of lighting and shading solutions for complex commercial construction and renovation projects across the Mid-Atlantic. The Company partners with electrical contractors, general contractors, and facility owners to design and deliver custom lighting and shading systems, with a comprehensive offering that spans design consultation, product sourcing, project management, and controls integration. Valley serves a variety of recession-resistant end markets including data centers, government, healthcare, and education.

The transaction was completed in partnership with the Company’s CEO, Kathy Deppe, and Executive Vice President, Tommy Jones, who will maintain significant ownership stakes in Valley and continue to lead the business. Along with Valley’s Ms. Deppe and Mr. Jones, SI Private Capital Fund I, L.P. partnered with Caymus Equity Partners Fund II, L.P., LongWater Capital Solutions, Midwest Mezzanine Funds, and Enterprise Bank to complete the acquisition.
